You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aurapulse.pro if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

"Content" means anything you add to your profile, including your display name, bio, images, audio, links, splash text, and connected-channel information. You keep ownership of your Content.

By posting Content, you grant AuraPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating, securing, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for residual copies kept in routine backups or as required by law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to your Content, and that your Content does not violate these Terms, our Usage Policy, or any law or the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your Content; we do not endorse it and are not responsible or liable for it.

Your use of the Service must at all times comply with our Usage Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Usernames and profile URLs are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property. We may reclaim or reassign a username that is inactive, infringes a trademark or other right, impersonates someone, or is used in violation of these Terms.

Some profiles may be pre-created and reserved for notable people or organizations. A reserved profile may be claimed only by the individual, or an authorized representative of the entity, that it represents, through our verification process. Submitting a false, misleading, or fraudulent claim is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.

Verification badges are granted entirely at our discretion, do not constitute an endorsement, and may be withheld or removed at any time. Impersonating a verified user or misusing a badge is prohibited.

You may connect external social accounts that you own in order to display and aggregate public metrics such as views and likes. You may connect only accounts you control, and you authorize us to retrieve public data from them through their providers. Metrics are provided for display purposes and may be approximate, delayed, cached, or temporarily unavailable.

The Service offers optional paid tiers (currently "Premium" and "Certified") as one-time purchases processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices and what each tier includes are shown before purchase and may change on a going-forward basis.

Paid tiers unlock cosmetic and feature enhancements only and do not guarantee any audience, metric, or result. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchase.

We do not collect or store your full payment-card details; payments are handled by the provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

The Service — including the AuraPulse name, logo, design, user interface, software, and all content we provide (other than user Content) — is owned by AuraPulse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@aurapulse.pro with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing Content; (c) your contact details; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information in your notice is accurate. We may remove infringing Content and may terminate repeat infringers.

The Service uses and links to third-party services, including Google and Discord sign-in, our payment provider, and external social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and any links or integrations do not imply our endorsement.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict Content; limit, suspend, or terminate accounts; revoke badges or paid features; and reclaim usernames — including for actual or suspected violations of these Terms or the Usage Policy, suspected unlawful activity, or to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, the licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Content, metric, or ranking will be accurate or available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AuraPulse AND ANYONE INVOLVED IN OPERATING THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraPulse and anyone involved in operating the Service from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, the Usage Policy, any law, or the rights of any third party.

To operate the Service we process limited personal data, such as your email address, authentication identifiers from sign-in providers, the profile information you provide, and basic usage data. We do not sell your personal data, and we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support@aurapulse.pro.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
